We have the pleasure of inviting you to our next Life Science Talks entitled “Healthcare in transformation – getting stakeholder interactions right” taking place on Wednesday, 12th June 2019 at La Maison de la Recherche in the heart of Paris.
The fact that technology is transforming the way Life Science companies engage their customers is a favourite industry maxim. At the same time the customer landscape is evolving beyond the traditional focus on health care professionals. There are many opportunities for Life Science companies to interact with stakeholders: patients can be engaged through AI –powered chat boxes, online platforms can be mined for data and digital services can improve patient outcomes. Meanwhile prescribers are targeted through multi or even omni channel marketing models and providers/payers are keen to play an increasing role in shaping how therapies impact the holistic care pathway. In this evolving landscape the human factor is as crucial as the technological enabler and determines whether a service is adding value or draining resources.Understanding how the technology engages a stakeholder in their universe helps life science players define service benefits. Join us in exploring how the way we interact across healthcare stakeholders is evolving, the role technology plays and what new relationships are emerging.
